Looking for a nice dinner between Trenton and AC
My boyfriend and I are going away for our anniversary next weekend and are spending the day in the Trenton area before heading down to AC. I wanted to go somewhere nice but not super expensive. Any suggestions?

It’s not clear whether you want to eat in the Trenton area or somewhere between Trenton and AC.
If you want to eat in the Trenton area, I’d suggest Amici Milano for really good Italian at modest prices. See http://www.amicimilano.com . If you’d like simpler fare, then I’d try Rossi’s Tavern for burgers and other great dishes. See http://www.rossiburger.com . If pizza, then Papa’s on Chambers St.; JoJo’s at five points in Hamilton. See http://jojostavern.com ; or DeLorenzo’s on Rt. 33 in Hamilton. See http://www.delorenzostomatopies.com .
The only place that I can suggest that’s on the way if you go by way of Rt. 206 through Hammonton is Joe’s Maplewood Inn on the White Horse Pike (Rt. 30). See http://www.joesmaplewood.com . Excellent Italian seafood.
If you wait until you get to AC, then I’d recommend the Old Homestead in the Borgata for probably the best steak you’ve ever had. See http://www.theborgata.com .

re: TomDel
Our plans are stil a little up in the air at the moment since they are weather permitting but looking for something either more along the way to AC from Trenton or in AC it self. Looked at some of the threads and found a few options but I would like to try to stay away from the casinos if possible. Thank you for the suggestions.
