Southern Style Caterer

It's always hard to find a good caterer, and to make things harder, I am looking for one who can do southern food. I am throwing a book signing party for a book that takes place in Charleston, South Carolina, so I'm not looking for Emeril style jumbalaya, but the part of the south that is all about grits, jam, biscuits, pie, BBQ, etc... Real down home food, but served in an elegant way.

Thoughts?

Try Aunt Kizzy's Back Porch in Marina del Rey. They did office lunches for us for many years.

I would try Harold & Belles Restaurant:

Good assortment on the menu-po boy sandwiches, fried chicken, etouffe, jambalaya, gumbo. Ive been at parties where they provided food in large quantities, although I dont know if they are a catering service per se that will deliver, set up, dish out and clean up.
