Hi everyone,

I'm newly engaged and considering the possibility of choosing a restaurant for my wedding reception. We're having about 40 people and we are looing for a unique private room to use. We're trying to stay in DC but would consider NoVA.

Has anyone been to a DC wedding reception at a restaurant that you've enjoyed?

Or can you think of any restaurant spaces that might accomodate a party like this?

Suggests are very welcome! Thanks SO much in advance!

Congratulations! Here are some ideas to get you started:
    Tabard Inn in Dupont Circle
    1789 in Georgetown
Old Ebbitt Grill in Metro Center area
2941 Restaurant out in Falls Church, VA
Elizabeth's on L--it is not a restaurant but is a great intimate venue with fantastic in-house catering, check it out at: http://thecateringco.com/old/index.htm (I wanted to use it for my own wedding except my guest list ballooned
)Possibly the Source in Penn Quarter area
Mansion on O St. is a club and not a restaurant but is truly unique, check it out at: www.omansion.com
