Good food near Four Seasons Dallas - Las Colinas

I will be staying at the Four Seasons Las Colinas for three nights next week. I haven't seen a lot that's nearby and recommended. Suggestions? I'd love some good BBQ or Tex Mex if possible, but am open to what's good there. I'm willing to do a bit of driving, but closer is better.

Via Real is close to the Four Seasons - just south on MacArthur and is tex-mex.

We ate at Via Real with a group of 8 recently. We had good service even on Saturday night and everyone's food was pretty good. It is upscale Tex-Mex but there are combo plates and good guacamole as well as stuff that is closer to real Mexican food. It is a bit pricier than the texmex chains up the road but you could walk there from the Four Seasons-go out the main entrance and up the next left turn. There is also a BBQ restaurant around the corner from via real-one of the chains do not remember which but they are all similar. A 5 minute car ride up MacArthur Blvd are Cool River and by 114 The Keg an ok steak restaurant for lunch or dinner.
