Had dinner at Frost Last night. Baked Clams ,Veal Marsala were very good. The Pasta appeared to be pre-cooked, hard and starchy. The Red Sauce was bitter and did not cling to the pasta, a clear sign that the pasta was sitting for awhile. The Pasta had watery mix beneath it in the bowl.
Frost had a few customers so there was no excuse for not cooking the Pasta fresh. The prices were on a par with the City and not Brooklyn. I wonder if the Chef is Italian?
I'm glad I experienced Frost but there is not imperitive to return.
