Help me create Bakery Style Spritz/Butter Cookies?
Hopefully someone can help me.
I'm forever in search of the secret behind delicious spritz/butter cookies offered at tons of Bakeries and Deli's.
I'm sure the formulation is quite simple but I can't pinpoint it.
The cookies are buttery, dense, and have almost a marshmallow taste to them.
I would love to recreate these types of cookies.
Any ideas would be grand!
