Sedona quest

Any suggestions for travelers who have to follow a pretty strict diet -- as in no added salt? We're looking for places that broil fish and/or cook from scratch. -- and have a bar, or at least beer and wine. A tall order, I know, but if you have any advice we'd be glad to hear it. Thanks.

Had two excellent lunches at Shugrue's (sp?) -- both times the ahi tuna foccacia. Not sure how others eat it, or spell it for that matter, but I did the tuna first then the grilled veggies. Very good. And desserts were much better than I expected too -- a nice surprise

Picazzo's is good about accommodating special diets, they have an extensive gluten-free selection, for example. You could build pizzas or custom pastas from their list of fresh ingredients. They do serve beer & wine, and have a nice patio.

Maybe call ahead to Reds (at Sedona Rouge Hotel) or Fork in the Road - both have nice bars and good freshly cooked food.

Thanks -- Fork in the Road sounds especially interesting. Now . . . any suggestions for lunch?
