Chow's Chicken

We recently went to Chow on 9th, near the park and it was once again great. We started with the Chicken wings, they were perfect, they had an asian flare to them. My wife and Ihad the chicken, our friends had the skirt steak and the lasagna. Each couple got the ginger cake with pumpkin ice cream for dessert.

We loved the chicken so much, we would love to construct it at home, any ideas?
