Good meat and sausage at Louie's Finer Meats in Cumberland, WI. Used to eat at Dan Hick's in Spooner but it's been a long time. (It's a stand on Business 53 - so if you're heading up in the winter it may not be the best recommendation...)

I have to second Louie's in Cumberland. If you are driving through on a weekend, they may even have the Brat wagon going. You can practically have lunch with all of the samples at the counter.
