Rendering duck fat (split from Washington DC & Baltimore Area)

Does anybody know how much fat you would get per duck if you rendered your own? It may be fun and economical to cook a couple of birds and confit some legs.

    We render the fat from about 12 ducks at a time (6-7lb Pekins) not using the necks and get 12-18 quarts or so of clear fat.
