In Larchmont, of course.
I haven't seen much posting on CH about this place, thought I would offer some positive words about the food. My wife & I ate here on Saturday afternoon. We had a small side of Greek salad, small side of green beans, a short rib sandwich & a caprese sandwich. Everything was excellent!
We also enjoyed a small lemon bar & an outstanding brownie for dessert.
A little north of the main strip, quieter part of Larchmont village actually. Parking in front & back, nice seating out front & a few small tables inside.
Reasonable prices as well.
It seemed quiet for a Saturday, we were there from noon to @ 1:30.
This place deserves some praise, we are ready to go back!

I work very nearby this place. and I have been there for lunch I'd say eight or ten times. The menu changes from time to time depending on what is fresh. Much of what I have had is really outstanding.... a mixed citrus salad, a tomato and burrata salad, some superb quiche, and the meatloaf sandwich come to mind. Not to forget the baked goods, I particularly like the lemon bars, the cream cheese brownies, and the chocolate bread pudding.

It is a charming place, and consistently good.

I just moved into the neighborhood and walked over for breakfast the other day. Excellent food. Really good espresso beans. Fruit was ripe and tasty. Great ambiance, very quiet and relaxed. Excited to try their other menu items.

I ate a surprisingly good turkey burger there last week. A bit spicy. Iced coffee good too.

Surprising because it has the sorts of oversized, overdone bakery goods that I find really off putting. Anything that big usually tastes like a soggy overly sweet mess. I went in for a cookie and couldn't cope with the size.

are you sure you're not thinking of Larchmont Bungalow? they're more into the "oversized baked goods" shtick than Larchmont Larder is...

You are probably right, especially when you consider the fact that the Larder doesn't have any type of burger listed on their menu at all.

ADD: I created a place link for the Bungalow: http://www.chow.com/restaurants/91915... which will take a while to show up so I'll just put in the URL for now.
