What is your fantasy menu?
I am taking a week of vacation at Thanksgiving this year and I would love to just have fun and cook. The problem is that I am the only one in my family that really likes turkey. So, this year, I have decided to make something besides turkey and I was even thinking about doing an all out traditional multi-course Italian meal. But there are so many wonderful choices out there. If you wanted to make your fantasy menu for a dinner party, what recipes would you choose? Or what cookbook would you start with?
