Yasu in Brookline

Just curious how Yasu is, if anyone has been recently. It's in my 'hood, yet I have never been and I would like to try it if it's any good. What are your thoughts?

    1. I take it you mean Yasu, the Korean/Japanese place with Korean BBQ grill tables in Coolidge Corner? I haven't been.

        1. Sorry, yes, Yasu. I'll edit my post.

            1. I've been there a few times, but not for quite a while (last time maybe as long ago as 2006 or 2007 by now? sheesh, how time flies). Their hoe naengmyeon was pretty good at the time. That's the only thing I've had there, so can't vouch for their barbecue!

                1. The tofu stew is very good. i like this place but only been once surprisingly. We are off to Korea soon for the real thing but I think Yasu does a nice job.
