Having "Issues" Today: Site is VERY Slow?

I've got 5mb bandwidth, and other high traffic sites (cnn.com, for example) are humming. Chowhound is taking forever to load pages.

From what I can tell for me, that problem has been going on for days now. Ever since they did this new google map feature. It's messed everything up.

Noticing the same thing. Slow as the dickens, and the message at the bottom of the window states "waiting" or "transfering" from google maps.
