Where to go for my birthday dinner

My birthday is coming up soon and I am having a dilemma on where to decide to go.

The places I am thinking about going to are :
-BLT Steak
-Central Michel Richards
-Blue Duck Tavern

I have never been to any of these places, but have heard great things about them. Any preferences? Also, any particular meal I should order?

I personally would choose Central. I would start with the the faux gras and rillettes with a Miner's Club Cocktail. Then either order the short ribs, lobster (or regular) burger, mussels or rabbit. Finish with any the desserts (they are all excellent!)

I would also do Central and agree with everything Elyssa says. BLT is good, but not great and Blue Duck is awesome but the wine isn't what it is at Central.
Happy birthday in advance! Hope you have good eats!

Central is my favorite of the three. I love the rillettes, the lobster burger, the chicken (simple but wonderful), the rabbit and tha hanger steak.

At Blue Duck go for the roasted meats, grits and bone marrow.

I think BLT is too inconsistent but I second Central and Blue Duck. I might also consider Il Mulino on Vermont Avenue.
