Is there anywhere in Canada that sells frozen bake-at-home croissants which are gourmet-quality?

  1. Do you have a store called "Trader Joe's" in Canada ?? I don't know if they are gourmet quality, but hot out of the oven they are pretty tasty. You have to leave the "proof" overnight.

    1. Don't know how far you are from Williams-Sonoma, but... http://www.williams-sonoma.com/produc...

      1. I don't know where you are in Canada, but Au Pain Doré sells un-baked frozen pastries. The quality is pretty good. In fact they are better than what I've had from a lot of so-called gourmet pastry shops. They are available in their branches and in some supermarkets. I believe they are also available at Costco.
