Is there anywhere in Canada that sells frozen bake-at-home croissants which are gourmet-quality?

I don't know where you are in Canada, but Au Pain Doré sells un-baked frozen pastries. The quality is pretty good. In fact they are better than what I've had from a lot of so-called gourmet pastry shops. They are available in their branches and in some supermarkets. I believe they are also available at Costco.

Don't know how far you are from Williams-Sonoma, but... http://www.williams-sonoma.com/produc...

Do you have a store called "Trader Joe's" in Canada ?? I don't know if they are gourmet quality, but hot out of the oven they are pretty tasty. You have to leave the "proof" overnight.
