"My "Go-to" dinner party dish" ?

What does it mean? I did not know how to fill the column in my profile.
Does it mean
- the dish I wish would materialize at my next dinner party?
- the dish I want to bring to a dinner party (does not make much sense)?
- George Clooney?

    1. To me, it's a dish that I can always count on to turn out the way I want it to and that everyone will love it. But George Clooney would trump that :)

          Merci pour ta lumière.
Hmm, I was going to put in Aiguillettes de canard and pommes salardaises. Now You make me think George should stay…

C O's right, it's your "go to " dish that you can make to impress people.

Merci. It'd still be George Cloony. As the "wish" dish.
