Locale for Baby Shower in Berkeley

I'll be throwing a couples baby shower in a month. I may try to locate it at a restaurant or spot in Berkeley. Ideally the place would be cozy and have a private room. I like the feel of T-Rex but w/ a private room. Any place you know of that might fit the bill. Event would be early evening or dinner type hour. Thanks.

Thanks for the recs. Their are some places in here I haven't heard of. Yah, we will need to consider cost. I'm not sure of the list size yet, I'm thinking 15 - 25. That will sort of guide the final decision and locale (someone's home or out).

Riva Cucina has a semi-private space that they can close off with heavy drapes for a private party. The food is excellent and affordable.

How many people are you talking about? Dinner can get really expensive, is your budget flexible?

I've hosted a private party at Cafe Cacao that went quite well. Their menu isn't as good as it used to be, but it might be a nice spot -- either in their private room, or you can have their whole restaurant at dinner.

Cafe Zeste is available for parties of up to 20 or 25 people, and they could customize a menu for you.

900 Grayson can be available for private parties at dinner time, if you have a big group, but this is an expensive option. The food would be great!

I'm sure there are dozens more options, but I'm blanking right now.
