Some of the best prepared pasta in Los Angeles. Gino and Betty have done a terrific job i re-engineering this place. The chef, from Emilia Romagna, does a terrific job in preparation. I would go everyday, if I could. My only complaint is about the wine list. Small and not too ambitious. I understand what they are trying to do, and I would not have Osteria Angelini's list, but I would have a selection of more than 4 or 5 grape varietals in each catagory. Try it, though, it is a terrifically underfollowed gem.
