I finally got around to trying the food at this craft-cocktail-centric bar.
"Summer salad" ($7) with watermelon, jicama, etc. was refreshing, very Mexican flavors.
Smoked pulled-pork sliders ($6 for two) were delicious.
I've rarely had food this good at a bar. Portions were good for the price. I'm looking forward to going back with a bigger appetite and trying more.
The Pimm's Cup was excellent. Spaghetti Western (rye, Campari, lemon, sweet 100 tomatoes, salt, pilsener) was interesting a little too sweet for my taste.

The burger is a fantastic deal at $6, or for an extra $2 you can have it "dirty south" style with a scoop of pulled pork on top. They definitely put a lot of thought and care into the food menu and it shows.
I agree about the Pimm's Cup - my other favorite drink is the Rio Grande.

I saw one of the bartenders making a Rio Grande. Would have tried one if I'd had room for another drink.
