Uptown Charlotte on a Sunday/monday night

Going to be in uptown Charlotte in a few weeks. I know all about the steak places: Capital Grille, Mortons etc. Give me some higher end recommendations. It has been a couple years since I have stayed in uptown.

You know all about the steak places but do you know about the new BLT STEAK ? located in the new Ritz Carlton Hotel? No I have not been there, but from looking at the menu and from what I have read this place sounds like it is a cut above the rest. If you do go please report back.

Sunday is tough uptown...most places are closed. For Monday, you might consider Aquavina, Ratcliffe on the Green, Luce, Blue or Mez (I think Mez is open on Sunday). For really high end, Bentley's on 27.
