Salsa di noci...
I'm on the hunt for a northern Italian pasta sauce called salsa di noci. It's a walnut cream sauce, traditionally served over pansoti, which are triangle shaped spinach and ricotta ravioli.
It is so delicious! But I haven't been able to find a restaurant (or a store) here in NY that serves/sells it - most Italian places here are more southern based than northern.
Anyone know where I can find some?
