wine cellar - Madison

The name of a wine bar in Madison is eluding me and I'm hoping someone can help me out - there used to be a wine bar in the cellar of a restaurant in downtown Madison - does this ring any bells?

Is it Porta Bella, near UW?

      Mike is probably right.

To further jog your memory, to enter PortaBella you walk through iron gates and a garden courtyard to large wooden entrance doors. Then the cellar is down a set of stairs on your left as you enter.

PortaBella is on Frances Street next to the University Inn. Frances is a dead end that cul-de-sacs just north of State Street.
