Does anyone know where one can purchase ravioli stuffed with pumpkin?

I believe Mike's Pizza sells their pumpkin ravioli that you can cook yourself. Beyond that I forget if I've seen any of the standard packaged brands offer pumpkin ravioli. Let me know if you find any.

...or you could use Wonton Wrappers for the ravioli and make the filling yourself. I have successfully used the prepared Wonton Wrappers for making ravioli. I spoon a small amount of the filling in the "just off center" of the wrap, then wet the edges. Fold it over into a rectangle. They take about 3 minutes to boil and while they are not authentic Italian pasta wraps, they do taste delicious and stand up to serving...so long as you are careful not to overboil them.
