Rehearsal Dinner Options in Austin

I am looking for a place to hold a rehearsal dinner that is not expensive (50 people on list). Maggianos is coming to town and would like to use them to cater but not hold it there due to cost of renting their banquet room. We are even ok with an area that has a large yard for gathering with inside seating. It will be June 25, 2010. Maybe even renting a vacant house for the evening with great yard or club house at a VERY reasonable cost.. Thinking of making it a very relaxed dinner with some volley ball & pitch'n some shoes.
Any suggestions?

So, to clarify, you have the food taken care of you are strictly looking for a venue to rent that will allow you to bring your own food, correct?

We are not completely sure. We have an option on the table of having Magiano's cater. But we are still willing to look at all options. Magiano's catered is within our price range of about $600 for the food.

We're having our rehearsal dinner in a couple of weeks on Austin Party Cruises on Lake Austin. Fairly affordable and you can provide your own food and booze. One of their boats should easily hold 50 people.
