any reviews on "bond" on fairmount or Navia in west island?

These are two bar/lounge/tapas restaurants that seem nice but i've never been too, and haven't seen too many comments on them in here.
Please share your reviews if any. I'm looking to choose a place of this style to go for my birthday for dinner and drinks. Any other reccomendations are welcome!
