Loved it. Alton is such a breath of fresh air...intelligent, funny and very passionate and knowledgeable about food. Thanks for posting!

By the way, I think he looks awesome. Maybe he'll inspire me to take off those pesky extra lbs.

I like how he said Paula Dean's bodyguards came after him when he tried to talk to her. He is very quick on his feet with his quips.

I just watched it and was going to post it here, but you beat me to it!

The Food Network execs may not like his comments on Sandra Lee, but they weren't anything that hasn't already been said. His comments on everyone else were pretty benign.

All in all I thought it was a good interview. He seems to be a better speaker on the radio than on TV.
