Their prime rib is enormous, and universally the best I've ever had. When you reserve a table, its a smart move to reserve as many cuts of Prime Rib as you intend to order, because they will run out (unless you're going ridiculously early). B&C is overall the best Steakhouse I've ever been to (best selection of cuts, best fish for appetizers or non-steakers, best crab cake, service, etc.), although I still think it's #2 when I'm in the mood for porterhouse.
