Lunch between Huntington Beach and Long Beach

What are some good freeway close restaurants off this stretch of the 405? Thank you.

Russell's in Seal Beach circa 1994. Juicy cheeseburgers, wonderfully waxy hashbrowns, and (literally) mile-high meringue pies, the least of which was lemon meringue.

If you're one of these unimaginative types who insists on living in the present, I recommend either the excellent Beachwood BBQ (a small trek from the 405, but you'll wind up only a block from one of California's great wood piers) or the Bake 'n Broil -- easy-off, easy-on, fine ol' Yankee food.

I'll start you off with S Fine Dining. It's in an outbuilding at the Wesminster Mall (Bolsa Ave exit). French-Viet fusion restaurant, white linen, upscale restaurant. Appropriate for a business lunch. Is that what you want, or do you want a cheaper place to grub by youself?
