Butter v.s. Margarine

Hi,

Is "I cannot believe it is not butter" butter or margarine? Thank you!!

      It's called "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter." Obviously it's not butter, or the name of the product would be "I Can't Believe It's Butter." Here are the ingredients:
