anyone try PC Lamb Spiedini Mini-Skewers ?

I tried them just now. I cooked them on my indoor grill with lots of seasoned salt (bought this salt at starsky's). It is so good. Not bad. IT was not too fatty and grilled very nicely. It was quite good. If you can't get them fresh from a butcher. These ones taste pretty good. Enjoy

Indeed, they aren't too bad, I like them better than the Marc Angelo ones. They taste great when sprinkled with sea salt as soon as they come off the grill. I have also tried them fresh when Longo's sold them in the summer time, altho, it could have been previously frozen. Regardless, they seemed to be more tender and juicy.

They are actually excellent! I like them on BBQ with a sprinkle of lemon.
