My husband and I are going to vegas for 4 nights next month. We are looking for some good restaurant recommendations. We don't want to spend a ton of money on dinner, but do have some money to spend. This is our first weekend away without kids in 3 years, so we are ready to celebrate!!! Any suggestions?

How much are you looking to spend per person? Also, what type of food are you looking for? Any restrictions? Also, are you going to have a car? There are some excellent restaurants off the Strip; however, taxis can be exepensive in Las Vegas.
