If you are in your 20s-30s or just care for a cheap beer then Rock Bottom Brewery in Ballston has 1.25 drafts every Wednesday.. cannot beat the price.

You might try Fyve at the Ritz Carlton they have $5 bar food all the time and I believe they also have happy hour drink specials in Pentagon City.
In DC: Ceiba, Oya, PS7 and Zola all have good happy hours. Equinox has seasonal happy hours worth checking out, as well. Zengo also has a pretty good happy hour. If you google you can find their specials. I believe it is on most of their websites, as well. Oh and Old Ebbitts raw bar happy hour specials are good too.

All good choices. I would also add Taberna del Alberdero for 1/2 price tapas and sangria.
