Hollywood Area Wine Bars

Despite having lived in Hollywood for some time now, I still haven't found a really great wine bar! I'm looking for a place like Vinoteca Farfalla in Los Feliz....we can sit at the bar, get great wines by the glass, cheese plates and the like to nosh on. Any suggestions in my (relative) neck of the woods?

Vinoteque on Melrose (by The Foundry). I haven't been to this location but I used to go to the original (now closed) one in Culver City. I liked the wines, the service and the food menu at this new location looks vast.

I had two very good meals there. A nice touch is that if you want a glass of wine that's only available by the bottle, they'll open the bottle if you get two glasses.

Delancey has a wine bar, all decked out in purple.

City Sip in Echo Park is fun. It has a good vibe and good wines. I went to an event there - $10 for a 4 flight tasting and you could use the $10 toward any bottle of wine from the tasting. I didn't taste the food (I had just eatten) but there were lots of people ordering small plates and they looked good.

Cube Marketplace on La Brea. Theres some good ones downtown: Corkbar is nice and Im checking out Bottlerock tonight which is suppose to be good too. Its hard to find a real wine bar in Hollywood. Aoc has some great cheese and really good food. Also Little Door is good too.

Look no further. Lou on Vine just before it turns into Rossmore has amazing food and wine. And pig candy.
