Filet of Fish Sandwich

Do any kosher restaurants (anywhere) offer a Filet of Fish sandwich, with melted cheese, lettuce etc. similar in look to the national fast food chains?

It is possible that this is not a widely offered dish because according to Sephardi tradtion, fish is not eaten with milk, and the restaurants want to offer dishes to the widest audience possible.

Which would explain why so few dairy places serve lox and cream cheese or tuna melts.
