Baja Fish Tacos Stand in Sliverlake?

Last night on the news they profiled this guy that set up a small shack only selling fish tacos as he remembers them in Mexico for $1.50 each

Does anybody have more info on this and an address?

It was either Silverlake or Los Feliz, it was profiled on the news as a must try and they interviewed the owner who owns this small shack. What I saw looked delicious, Baja fish tacos for $1.50, its owned by an american who opened this to recall his memories of his travels to Mexico. Hopefully someone will know what I'm talking about since I wanna give a try....
