Jacques Pepin & Itzhak Perlman on PBS Create today, 9/26
This special has been on before but is always worthwhile - two great artists discuss cooking, creativity, talent, and taste, while preparing duck, fish, and sorbet. This hour will repeat at 5 and 11pm, and 5am, Eastern time.

re: thew
I specifically mentioned it in the title of the post to distinguish it from the main PBS channel. It is my understanding that the auxiliary PBS channels are not available to all cable subscribers. I don't have cable - here in the Boston area PBS has long been carried by WGBH, the main station, and WGBX, which repeats some of WGBH and shows some "indie" type programming which the mother station does not. With the digital conversion, 3 more PBS stations appeared: World, Create, and Kids. Create features crafts, gardening, cooking, home improvement, and travel. Every day, there is a 6hour schedule of programs that is shown 4 times. It's nice if you miss a detail and want to see it again without recourse to recording it or searching for an online video.
