Sunday Brunch btw Austin and Bastrop?

Looking for a restaurant that serves Sunday brunch between Austin and Bastrop. In the town of Bastrop would be good too. The kind of place I'd like would serve fried eggs, omelettes and maybe eggs benedict. It doesn't have to be fancy, just egg-centric with fresh coffee. Any ideas?

Dug around a little and found this.I haven't been but would love to read your report.

        1. Thanks, scrumptiouschef. I know I can always rely on you.

My post was last minute and so by the time I read your reply I had already decided on Maxine's. Great minds think alike:) The online menu looked like what I was looking for. It was fine. I wouldn't make the drive out to Bastrop from Austin just to eat at Maxine's. But, if I lived in Bastrop, I'd certainly make it one of the places I went to.

The Migas ($7.99) I ordered where very heavy on the chips, which I liked, but had never experienced to that degree. They came with a side of potatoes (cut dice sized, deep fried), bacon, salsa and flour tortillas. My husband had fried eggs with bacon, potatoes and whole wheat toast w/strawberry peach preserves ($5.99). Neither dish was pipping hot; but they were not cold either.

The coffee (hot, fresh, and abundant) was served in mismatched cups. It really suited the small town cafe atmosphere the place had. It has a country kitchen decor. Our waitress was super nice. I think I'd give it another try. I'll probably be going back to Bastrop sometime in the near future.

When we were driving around town, we past another restaurant that was serving on Sunday afternoon, Grace Miller's. It looked cute on the outside but upon examining their online menu they don't seem to have any brunchy egg dishes.
