  1. Strip Club. No not involving pole dancing. St. Paul. Local grass fed beef.

Tanpopo. St. Paul. Minimalist aesthetic. Japanese noodle house.

Heartland. Food of the area. French and Italian technique. St. Paul.

Red Stag. Minneapolis. Current and LEEDS certified.

Brasa. Minneapolis and St. Paul. Simple. Quality meat sources. Hot spot.

    1. 1) Where will you be staying?
      2) Do you have a car?

I assume number 2 is a yes, but I'd like to know for sure.

      1. My favorite restaurant in the Twin Cities is Restaurant Alma, no question. Casual but classy, and I've never had anything that I didn't like there. Right now they've got a pretty awesome-looking ribeye on the menu. I'm stuck in the middle of nowhere Wisconsin for the next month, so I haven't had the chance to try it, but I can assure you that you will not be disappointed it you go there.
