FYI: I was browsing at TJ Maxx and came across the (pricey) Herbes de Provence they sell at W-S http://www.williams-sonoma.com/produc...

I've been seeing a LOT of All-Clad cookware there lately as well, including the new roasting pans.

Thanks for the info, we don't have a TJ Maxx close by but I'll check out Marshall's. I did see some All-Clad but what I saw were seconds. Were the roasting pans the flared ones?

One of the roasting pans was one of the new flared ones. Some are "seconds" but I've never seen anything other than something cosmetic- nothing that really affects cooking, or they are things that are being discontinued- like a Le Creuset color.

We picked up one of the roasting pans last week. Yes, it was a second, but it was for a very slight exterior scratch that isn't enough of a cosmetic defect for us to care about it.

How much was the herbes de provence? Not close to the $18 for 1 oz like at W-S, I hope!

I'm sorry I dont' recall- but things are generally ~50% cheaper.
