I live in Sherman Oaks and am looking for a great pastrami dip in the area. Any suggestions?

Some people really like The Hat. The closest to the Valley are Pasadena or Simi.

      I second The Hat.

The Hat is worth the drive -- the onion rings are great as well.

I always get the wonderful Black Pastrami Ruben at Brent's so I didn't know they had a Pastrami Dip...it must be good.

The Infield - formally known as The Dip - still serves their pastrami dip. It's the hotdog stand on Ventura and Beverly Glen. it's not going to be anything earth shattering but i'd place it on par with The Hat but without the 25 minute drive.

Brent's or the Infield would be my choices. I don't think I've been to Weiler's in thirty years but I'd take Servorg's word for it.
