This is a good addition to the nabe. I just hope it won't be as crowded as the Oak Lawn location.

Dallas City Market, the previous tenant in that location, was an Eatzi's starter kit with high prices.

I like their sandwiches on bone bread and their salads. I have never gotten the general obsession with their prepared foods. I usually don't think they are all that great and are expensive for what you get, but I did have their chicken salad last night and it was pretty good.

Is the Lovers location like the Oak Lawn location? Anything new and different?

Same but, smaller.

It is nice to have another location, but that parking lot is one of the worst in Dallas. I don't know it if is poorly designed, if the spaces are smaller than usual, or if it is the local drivers. It just always seems to be an annoying to get in and out of there.

That was going to be my question, what was the difference between City Market and Eatzi's? I only went by CIty Market's "to go" store twice and thought it was good, but pricey. Is Eatzi's that much more economical? And are they going to get a better rental rate?

I agree. It should redirect some of the traffice from Oaklawn.
