Cheap, good hot wings in Seattle

mcy1614 Sep 24, 2009 10:01 AM

I'm looking for the best cheap hot wings in Seattle. I am looking for some better alternative to Wingzone and Wingdome, but not as pricey as Coopers. Help!

I like Wing Masters on 24th in Ballard. They have a variety of sauces and the wings are crispy, which I like. It's been a while since I've had them, though.

i don't recommend the Wings at Wing Masters (undercooked, not crispy enough, sauce not that good)...Wingdome's are much better IMO.

Wings at Blue Star in Wallingford (N 45th and Stone Way N) are large, juicy, and just the right amount of spicy. Happy hour (4-6pm?) gives you 6 wings for $3. 12 for ~ $8 otherwise.

I like the wings at Nickerson in Fremont. They're fairly spicy.

For something a bit different, consider Bad Albert's in Ballard. They have crawfish tails (shelled) tossed in really delicious wing sauce.

For more of a caribbean jerk flavor and crispy & hot , I like the wings at Ray's Boathouse Cafe...they're also a good deal at happy hour.

for crispy and dry-spicy (but juicy), try the wings at Fu Lin on King st near the Chinatown gate in the I.D.
