El Castillo Real

I grew up in Long Beach CA and ate at El Castillo Real every Friday night with my family. It was first located at the Traffic Circle and then moved to a strip mall. Unfortunately it is now longer in business. Is there anyone out there familiiar with the restaurant? They made the best enchilada sauce and taco sauce. Looking for ANY recipes. Thanks!
