I'll be visiting Boston with family the weekend of Oct.10th. Looking for suggestions for local restaurants that are family friendly -- and serve good food. We'll have 2 toddlers with us. Any suggestionsmuch appreciated. Thanks

Try Chinatown for dim sum. Chau Chow City on Essex Street or China Pearl on Tyler are our favorites.

Having lived here and raised a child here, I can't think of one place that isn't "family friendly". As for the good food, just reading the posts on the Boston board should be able to guide you along. Have a great visit!

having worked in several south end restaurants, i will say many in that neighborhood do not have high chairs.

where are you staying? will you have a car, take taxis, walk?

Here are a couple of threads to get you started.

(Pretty sure Sweet Sue's in Arlington is closed, though.

        Enjoy your visit!
