It's very rich, made only from heavy cream, sugar, and whatever the flavor is. It's Mexico City-style ice cream, the owner's been making it for more than 40 years. Try the vanilla, rice pudding, peanut butter. If fruit is your thing, try their frutas. They're intensely flavored with stuff like guava, tamarind, watermelon, strawberries, etc. The tamarind is a big favorite of mine, very refreshing.
