Sunday brunch in Tribeca for a party of 7

Hi! I will be in NYC this weekend for a wedding and am hoping to arrange a delicious yet child-friendly brunch in Tribeca for 4 adults and 3 kids (ages 2, 3 and 5). We're staying at the Tribeca Grand -- do you have any suggestions for places near there?

Landmarc and Bubby's are both very kid friendly and would be my top choices. Landmarc takes reservations for groups of 6+ whereas I don't believe that Bubby's takes reservations.

Newer (and I don't know how kid friendly they are) are Bar Artisanal, Smith & Mills, and Locanda Verde.
