I'd like to give a little love to a place I've driven by about 1000 times and have never stopped into, Penguin Pizza on Huntington. We stopped in after the MFA and were pleasantly surprised by the beer selection and thin crust pizza. the pizza was very similar to Upper Crust without the UC pricetag. We got the Honolulu, your typical Hawaiian toppings, and we finished it all between the two of us, which we usually dont do. As, I said they have a great beer selection w/o the beer snob attitude. I stuck with the standby, Narraganset since it was noon...too early for the fancy stuff. Try them out.

Good call! I've stopped in for lunch/pizza a few times. It's now my go-to spot for a slice and a beer. Ithaca ipa w/ a hamburg and red pepper slice. Yum. 10 cent wing night on Monday's, but I hear that night gets a little out of hand with all the college kids around. Place really is a great bargain over all - It's just a couple stops down from the museums.
