Where to get good picnic/lunch supplies in Monterey?

My other post asking for lunch options en route to Yosemite from Monterey isn't pulling up much. So moving to plan B... where can I get delicious sandwiches/picnic supplies in the Monterey area? Something with easy access to the freeways would be preferable so I can hit the road as quickly as possible. Thanks!

The closest to the freeway (Highway 1) is Whole Foods Market. Take the Munras Ave exit, and turn into the Del Monte Shopping Center. I've gotten sandwiches there and then gone to Point Lobos State Reserve for picnics. Great place to go.
