Your Favorite Savory Pancake Ideas and Recipes ( Amsterdam Style)?
I was watching Alton Brown/Good Eats last night and he featured pancakes. At the they listed a few savory styles and It reminded me of when I went to Amsterdam and had some pretty decent savory pancakes. What's your favorite? This is my first attempt at trying it on my own.

Read through this old thread to the end and you might get some ideas and a recipe and a little confusion. My favourite topping was always bacon, apple and stroop.
